GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) govern all services offered by DARMAYA, including but not limited to:

• Luxury concierge services

• Short-term and long-term property rentals

• Property management

• Excursions and private tours

• Chauffeur services

• Catering, private chefs and in-villa services

• Housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services

Any reservation, order or service request implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the client.

3. Services Description

DARMAYA provides personalized services designed to meet the highest standards of comfort, discretion and quality.
The characteristics, prices and conditions of each service are presented on the website or communicated directly to the client prior to confirmation.

DARMAYA reserves the right to modify or adapt its services at any time to ensure optimal quality or due to operational constraints.

4. Reservations & Orders

4.1 Reservation Process

Reservations can be made via:

• The website

• Email

• Phone or messaging services

A reservation becomes confirmed only after:

• Written confirmation by DARMAYA

• Payment of the required deposit or full amount

4.2 Availability

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

5. Prices & Payment Terms

5.1 Prices

Prices are indicated in EUR or MAD, depending on the service.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include the services described but exclude any additional or optional services.

5.2 Payment

Payment methods accepted:

• Bank transfer

• Cash

• Other methods communicated by DARMAYA

A deposit may be required to secure bookings.
The balance must be paid prior to or upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation & Modification

6.1 Client Cancellation

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the service booked and will be specified at the time of reservation.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Late cancellations may result in partial or total charges

6.2 Modification

Any request for modification must be submitted in writing.
DARMAYA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

7. Accommodation & Property Rentals

• Properties are rented furnished and equipped as described.

• The client agrees to respect the property, its equipment and neighborhood rules.

• Any damage, loss or excessive cleaning costs may be charged to the client.

Check-in and check-out times are communicated prior to arrival and must be respected.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information when booking

• Respect Moroccan laws and regulations

• Behave responsibly and respectfully toward staff, partners and third parties

DARMAYA reserves the right to terminate a service without refund in case of inappropriate behavior or breach of these terms.

9. Liability

DARMAYA acts as an intermediary for certain services provided by third-party partners (excursions, transport, activities).

DARMAYA cannot be held responsible for:

• Force majeure events

• Weather conditions

• Delays or incidents beyond its control

• Actions of third-party providers

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

10. Insurance

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel, medical and personal liability insurance covering their stay and activities.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely for service execution and client relationship management.
Data is handled confidentially in accordance with applicable regulations.

Clients may request access, modification or deletion of their data by contacting DARMAYA.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, texts, logos and branding elements associated with DARMAYA remain its exclusive property.
Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Moroccan law.

In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, the courts of the Kingdom of Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with DARMAYA, the client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
